In the year 1997 - 1998 Navin Fluorine Industries Ltd. ( Arvind Mafatlal Group ) at Surat (Gujarat)faced major Labour Problems. There was direct & indirect deployment of around 2000 employees / workers. The Union was highly militant and the environment was full of terror caused by Union / Workers. Our Security Personnel supplied to the Company faced several threats & violent situations during the two years time as referred above. Our Security Personnel demonstrated great commitment towards the job & the Company and also protected the interest of the Management in all turbulent situations. The situation was shaped over the period of time and the Management Won over the situation. Our Security came up to the expectations of the Management and shared the success.

We supplied the Security Personnel under contract to Mafatlal Industries Ltd. at Navsari ( Gujarat ) during 1998 - 2003.There were around 5000 workforce led by militant Union. In the year 1998 on the demand of Bonus issue the Union created hell & started manhandling with the Senior Executives of the Company. Our Security took the charge of the situation and protected the members of the Management from all threats and faced the brunt. The violent situations caused by Gundaeeism of the Union & workers managed by our Security Personnel very well and finally the anti social elements were defeated and the Management’s interests were protected with the implementation of strategic plans given by the Management.

We supplied our Security Personnel on contract to Plastic Product Division (PPD) of NOCIL at Akola ( Maharashtra ) during the period 2004 - 2005. where Industrial Relation situation was worst. The Union & Workers were making the target to our Security Personnel as we were replacing the earlier Security Contract which was practically run by the Union Leader. The difficult & volatile situations persisted for a longer period and also being a new to the place our Security Personnel faced great difficulty but at the same time grabbed the situation within no time. Under the direction of key Management our Security countered all the odds and finally normalcy was brought by replacing the earlier Security & Management Suspended the entire Union Office bearers from the employment. There were several unpleasant situations faced by our Security Personnel but we succeeded in all such worst situations by showing our commitment & solidarity to the Management.
